PROFESSIONAL STUDIES CONNECT SERBIA AND GERMANY

The students of Cooperative studies in Sttutgart (DualeHochschule Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart) who are the guests of Serbia these days, in the scope of the Protocol on cooperation and teacher student exchange with the High business school of professional studies in Blace, visited also Palilula Municipality in Nis. The president of the Municipality PhD Igor Novakovic introduced the German students with the Strategy of development and potentials of Palilula Municipality:
`In our Municipality we are working on the Strategy of the development of local economy which will have the access based on the resources. The most important resources of Palilula are natural, economical and human resources` – emphasized Novakovic during the presentation of municipal potentials. `The influence of local governments to local economical growth is very significant. We, as the authorities of Municipality, have established the immediate relations and connections with the citizens, motivating them to start creating the private-public arrangements and partnerships. According to Novakovic words in Palilula there is surrounding attractive for the investments and new projects. The economy of Nis and economy of Palilula in the same time, are slowly increasing. We are expecting that in near future, thanks to the young and educated people in this type of business meetings, we could improve the economical growth and cooperation – emphasized Novakovic in the discussion with the students from Germany.
For the guest students from the University of cooperative studies from Sttutgart in Nis the visit to Philip Morris company was also organized and in High business school of professional studies in Blace, PhD Igor Novakovic lectured about the actual themes form management sphere and economical growth of Serbia.
`High business school of professional studies` cooperates with many universities and high schools abroad. The cooperation with Germany started in 2004 when the first group students and professors of this educational institution had the opportunity to gain the first experiences at the University of cooperative studies in Sttutgart. The tradition every year continues – twice a year the students who graduate in Blace, i.e. Sttutgart are provided the possibility to exchange the gained knowledge and experiences with their colleagues in Germany-Serbia and for their activities during the stay - study at the faculties, in accordance to Bologna declaration, get their certificates. According to the head master of `High business school of professional studies`, Blace, PhD Ruzica Stankovic, our students and professors had the great opportunity to be introduced once again with new organization of high school education in region Baden Wurttemberg, Germany and get answers to the questions that rely to the possibilities of implementation of experiences from Stuttgart into educational and organizational processes of Serbia.
